OYGISB 1.0 verdict

I gave a hefty piece to Chef last night, and  brought half of the batch I made to work today.  The overall consensus seemed encouraging.

“Good flavor.”

“Nice combination”

“This is better than the restaurant’s dessert!”

“Good consistency.”

And everyone agreed, including myself, it was a bit too moist.  I will have to add some spice to it, maybe an extra egg to hold it together, tweak the oil a bit.
