happy rat year

Gung Hay Fat Choi.  Haven’t gotten any Red Envelopes yet. But then again, I’m not Chinese. I do, however, annually celebrate the holiday by having lunch at the closest Chinese restaurant to where ever I am. I think way back when, it was originally called Henry’s Hunan. The owner’s name is Henry. Today’s feast: beef chow mein – spicy, and onion cake – greasy.
