While listening to inspiring mariachi music, made fresh tortillas and slow cooked scrambled eggs for a lazy Saturday morning breakfast. Don’t think I could ever go back to store bought tortillas.

It was a bitch tempering the chocolate but the salted chocolate caramel corn turned out pretty damn good.  Good call on using brown rice syrup instead of corn syrup – it’s not too sweet. I took a pic but it looked like lumpy poop so I’m saving you from the visual.
