chocolate salty balls

It was a bitch tempering the chocolate but the salted chocolate caramel corn turned out pretty damn good.  Good call on using brown rice syrup instead of corn syrup – it’s not too sweet. I took a pic but it looked like lumpy poop so I’m saving you from the visual.
