I know I’m a little behind my #1 New Years resolution, which is to write more. Every day, more. I’m trying. So today, let’s start with bucket list #3 of places I want to eat. Bucket list #2 and #1 have traditionally been written in November, but like I said, I’m a little behind.

1. Per Se (NY)
2. French Laundry (Napa)
3. Jean Georges (NY) Very, very good. The prix fixe pre-theatre menu is the best damn deal in NYC.
Osteria Mozza (LA) Heard wonderful things about this place. IF you can get a reservation.
4. El Bulli (Spain)
5. Lolita (Cleveland)
6. Alinea (Chicago)
7. Tru (Chicago)
8. Joe’s Stone Crab (Miami) Been there, done that so taking it off. Not sure why I put it on in the first place.
wd~50 (NYC) Because Wylie Dufresne intrigues the hell out of me.
9. K Paul’s (New Orleans)
10. Les Halles (NY) The novelty of it has worn off.
Blue Hill at Stone Barns (Pocantico Hills) Because Dan Barber is a god.
